Returns

Since our products are food items, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered. This policy helps ensure hygiene, safety, and product quality.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product received
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label (if available)

Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Replacement

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or external factors
  • Minor natural variations in color, texture, or appearance

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
