At Saffara Foods, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a clear and transparent refund and returns policy as outlined below.
Returns
Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards for all our customers.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.
Replacement
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control
- Minor variations in product color or texture due to natural ingredients
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
