Currently, we ship within Kerala and selected regions in India, depending on courier service availability.

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
